The Event

On the afternoon of May 22, 2010 we are dedicating the book, War and Sacrifice: Personal Stories of World War II from in and around Snohomish County to the Snohomish Senior Center.  The invitation-only event is designed to take place around Memorial Day.   We are inviting all the book participants and their family members to come and celebrate with us.  We would like to honor the veterans. They will not be expecting it!  All they know is that we are inviting them back when we dedicate the book- but we want to do something special!  We would like local community members to get involved by donating their services.  Here are our current needs:

• Frames for certificates
• Catering
